  5. Agency 1x1 click thru and view through tracking tags (optional)

Flash

  1. .fla files (parent & child files, if applicable)
  2. .swf (or some type of comp file/storyboard) file(s) to show us what the ad is supposed to do).  In order to provide the exact timing, interaction and other conditions in the ad placement that you desire, please send a short explanation in writing of how the ad should work.
  3. If video is involved, this should include things such as when the video begins/ends, the conditions for its play, if it should loop, what the Flash creative should or should not do during its play and so forth -- anything that cannot be readily gauged from the creative itself.  In addition, a placeholder should be set in the creative, where the video should play with its exact proportions. This can be a rectangular box drawn in Flash.
  4. Backup-gif's
  5. Fonts:  Fonts must be provided in a Stuffit file (.sit) or a zip file that is renamed to .piz from the creative agency. If those compressed files containing Macintosh fonts are ever extracted on a PC, the extracted files will NOT work. All Macintosh fonts must be compressed on a Macintosh and extracted only on a Macintosh to ensure proper delivery (which is why # 8 answers become so important).  An alternative to fonts is to have all the flash vectored, which removes the need for font delivery.
  6. Exit URL(s)
  7. Your tracking requirements
  8. What version of Flash the ads were created in, what version you want them published to, and what OS system they were created on (PC or Mac?)
